The Scottish GP Tutor Group is a collaboration between all five Scottish undergraduate medical schools and receives support from NHS Education Scotland.
The aim of the group is to support GP tutors in helping to deliver the medical curriculum and to simplify the means of providing information to them. We are aware that many of our tutors teach for more than one school, and this website seeks to provide a single portal for information, both generic and school specific in addition to providing information about events and meetings that tutors are welcome to attend as well as a news update.
Each of the five Scottish Medical Schools, Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews have representatives who can be contacted about any aspect of the Scottish GP Tutor Group ( SGPTG) and they can all be reached either by the individual school links or by contacting the SGPTG secretary Frances Carlton at firstname.lastname@example.org who will forward any enquiries to the correct person.
